A small veteran-owned outdoors company in Ohio has signed a patent license agreement with the U.S Navy allowing it to finish the development of the polygonal asymmetric reflector. Airborne Outfitters and the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Crane, Indiana, finalized the tech transfer deal on December 1, 2020.
